What is an Accredited Certification?

It's a certification given by a Certification Body that's been officially recognized by an Accreditation Body, which is a member of the IAFS. International Accreditation Forum System only lists certifications that are valid and issued by a certification body recognized by an IAFS MLA signatory Accreditation Body, specifically under the main scope ISO/IEC 17021-1.

Users can check additional management system certifications in the global database if the certification has been issued by a certification body recognized by an accreditation body that is a signatory of the IAFS MLA.
